fix: remove unused ogImage size validation (#462)

* fix: remove unused ogImage size validation

Validation of `ogImage` field in blog collection
causes unintentional broken og images after the build.
Removing the validation solve the issue.

* docs: update docs for ogImage path

* chore: update asset
